We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can efficiently handle all aspects of our firm’s financial record keeping. The responsibilities will mainly include maintaining tax forms, bank statements, accounts receivable and payable and keeping a record of all the financial transactions.

The candidate should be able to devote one full day every week to this role.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Preparing and maintaining financial statements and reports including balance sheet and profit and loss statements.
• Maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assisting the accountant in filing tax returns.
• Buying equipment and supplies once authorized by the management.
• Paying off any debt before the due date.
• Reconciling all the bank accounts every month.

We are looking for an out-going, positive and determined team member who will make outbound calls for our clients and accept inbound calls to provide premier customer service.

Responsibilities include:
-Provide communication between our clients and their clients
-Increase sales for clients *Offer sales leads for clients
-Becoming proficient in our teleservices software

Duties will include:
-Calling a predetermined number of prospective customers or clients. Once contact has been established, engaging the lead. The ultimate objective is to set up a call or meeting between the potential customer and our client.
-Taking inbound calls for our client and providing outstanding phone service and transferring or delivering messages as determined by our clients.

Operations Director will have the responsibility of keeping day-to-day
operations on track to reach company objectives.  The Operations Director
must have management and leadership experience.  Experience with the
